Its column efficiency is almost close to the analytical column efficiency,etc. The column bed packed by any kind of packing material will be held steady and be protected simultaneously from damage by proper pressure regulation, which will apply to the common chromatography reagents . The  whole manipulation of the chromatography column and the hydraulic system is set up on the stainless steel frame. Conform to the requirements of GMP.
